We have represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) and the Federal Court of Canada, in support of their immigration matters. Our team is adept at analyzing all issues, under the sun, relating to the immigration needs of our clients. 

Zaitoon Law was founded in 2021 by Sana Saleem Khan, our principal lawyer, who had the vision of creating a law firm, that is 100% client-driven and provides access to professional and specialized legal services and representation to its clients. The word Zaitoon is an Arabic (زيتون) word, which translates to “Olive”, in English. Our name is reflective of our teams’ commitment to advocating for our clients, until their desired immigration goals are achieved (extending our clients an olive branch when it comes to one of their most important rights i.e. the right of residency).
